convenient location friendly staff nice view

I found the location convenient, especially with the central station being so close. It made my early morning travel hassle-free. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with directions or any queries I had. My room had a nice city view, which I appreciated.

The room windows were tinted, made the room darker than I prefer.

Really good Location, Modern Comfort

central location modern design friendly staff spacious room

I found the hotel to be in an excellent location. It is very close to the central train station. It was less than a ten-minute walk. A subway station is conveniently around the corner. I appreciated the modern design and the variety of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful (especially at check-in!). The room was super clean and cozy. I found a well thought-out spot to put my luggage. The room was spacious enough for my needs.

The lighting in the room was a bit dark, especially in the door and closet area. Brighter lighting could be beneficial.

Service

9/10

The reception staff was kind and provided assistance with directions. Early check-in was available, a great bonus when arriving before the standard check-in time, and the staff was ready to assist me and speak in my language.

Facilities

9/10

The hotel room included a refrigerator, a safe, and a television. There was also a writing desk available in the room. The climate control with good air conditioning was functional, contributing to a comfortable stay during warmer days.

Dining

8/10

Many restaurants are available on the same street as the hotelwith a variety of choices for lunch and dinner. The central station had many food options. There was also an interesting 'food hall' at the left side of the station.
